Enrollment Procedures and Documents
To enroll a student at North Davidson High School there are several procedures to follow and paper work that needs to be brought in and completed upon arrival. Before enrolling please call Student Services (336-731-3472) to set up an appointment for registration. Please make sure to bring the following documents to your appointment:

1. Completed Davidson County Schools Registration Form (found below)
2. Two Proofs of Residency: (land line phone bill, water bill, cable bill, electric bill, lease or rental agreement)
3. Enrolling Parent(s) Identification
4. Birth Certificate of Student being Enrolled
5 Custody or Divorce Papers (if applicable)
6. Immunization Records
