I would like us to meet monthly to cover the "business" of school. For the first meeting, I would like to "elect" someone to be in charge of an agenda.

I'm trying to get "business" away from the School Improvement Team, so the SIT can focus on school improvement and NCStar (if that makes sense). If you or your department have any concerns, this will be the time to discuss any/all issues.
