I have a bachelor's degree in youth ministry and a double minor in development and social psychology from Pfeiffer University. I followed the 3-year lateral entry process with Davidson County Schools and the NCTeach program, offered through East Carolina University, to become a certified classroom teacher. I hold certifications in K-12 Exceptional Children and 9-12 English Language Arts. This is my 9th year at North Davidson High School. 
 
The best way to reach me is by email, as I am frequently moving between classrooms throughout the school building during the day. If you need me to call you, I am more than happy to do so; however, it is more efficient to email me your request, or it may be at the end of the day when I check my voicemail. 
 
Classroom Policies and Procedures:
While in the classroom, I am responsible for all students present, not just the EC students. I will follow and implement all policies and procedures in my co-teacher's classroom. This includes, but is not limited to, classroom requirements, expectations, important dates, and grading policies.
