Heather Sizemore Lifeskills Class

Teacher Bio: 

This will be my 20th year teaching in the Exceptional Children's Department here at North Davidson High School. I love what I do and I love the students I teach!

Before taking over the Lifeskills/Adapted Curriculum program several years ago I was an Occupational Course of Study Teacher.

 

I have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Catawba College, as well as a Master's of Education Degree in Special Education from High Point University. 

I am married to the love of my life and have 4 children and another on the way due in January! 

 

Daily Schedule: 

Students are mainly with me in class the majority of the day. We do go out for work training and hands on opportunities throughout the school and the community. 

 

Classroom Expectations:

Students are required to come to class ready to learn everyday and be prepared to work. If they are at school they are required to go to their on campus job.
