About the Teacher

Ashley Brady is in her second year of teaching. She began her career teaching general music at North Hills Elementary School in Forsyth County. In her first year, she was elected Teacher of the Year for the 2016-2017 school year, and won Teacher of Promise for the Forsyth County School System. She holds a Bachelors in Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Mrs. Brady is currently the President of the Heart of the Triad Choral Society, a community choir based out of Kernersville (www.heartofthetriadmusic.com). She is an active member of the National Association for Music Education, and the American Choral Directors Association. Despite her career accomplishments and aspirations, the pride of Mrs. Brady's life is her husband since 2014, Roman Brady, and their three fur babies.
